Where Did Cynthia Go This Past Weekend?
Wednesday after meeting my neighbor at Geno’s to hear a band, I went to Visions for the Dancing Davney’s Work it out Wednesdays set with DJs Myron “The R” and Cross. Wow I haven’t been out on a Wednesday in a minute but since I took the week off for my birthday I moved around. Then in the back patio it was House music. So I was going back and forth between the areas. Then at 10:45 the Steppers set was over and people headed to the patio with the House music. DJs were Nell Seven and Chip. Wow!!! i had fun.
Thursday House Music at Smitty’s
Friday I went to my fellow Leo Sonja’s birthday party at The Spot. The DJ played a mixture of music.
Saturday I went to Paradise Productions Day set with DJs Myron “The R” and Andre Blackwell (Dre & Company). Packed. The next set is 4th Saturday in September Steppin in Jeans.
Sunday after having Ice Cream and Cake for my dad, niece and my birthdays, I went to a house cookout. Left there and went to the R Lounge. Country Club Hills Theater had the Gospel concert and there were cars everywhere but the R Lounge did have spots available. Got in and it wasn't too many people there but DJ's Flyy Diva and Myron "The R" played music. Once the mangers decided that since it wasn't enough people in there they shut it down at 9pm.. Hmmmm. That ended my night and weekend.
