Wednesday I went to Visions for dancing with the Davney’s Work It Out Wednesdays with DJs Myron “The R” and Cross. Packed at 8:30. Then in the back was House music. It was good seeing everyone. At 10:30 some of the Steppers go to the back room for house man.. so much fun. Why I close the place?? I had fun,

Saturday I went to Freedom Hall in Park Forest to see recording artist Keya Trammell. Jazz and Neo Soul vibe. Really enjoyed.

That was my weekend.

Cynt's Two Cents

For those that remember the Glendora House that was on 102nd & Harlem, the building is gone. Yup torn down. It closed in August 2022 because the owners retired. I just noticed now it is an open field. A lot of the Banquet Halls that we used to party at are gone. Funny thing is 90% of them were found by DJ Smooooth T… he would go make a deal, then have the first party at the halls, then other Steppers Clubs would follow. Wow!!! Now Steppers Clubs are limited here in the Chicagoland area. It is a shame but it is the way things are going in this day and age.

That is my Two Cents.
