Where Did Cynthia Go Last Weekend?
I only went Steppin on Sunday after I visited with my parents. You know where I went, The R Lounge with DJ Cross, Jay Boogie and Flyy Diva.
Saturday I went to a Wine Bar called Vintrendi. It a nice small place. They do have bands on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays. But on Saturdays they have DJs and last Saturday it was DJ Alicia playing house music. You have to make reservations for a seat. Then I went to Copper Still to see DJ Solkat and she played House, Steppin and Hip Hop. These two places are in the south suburbs of Chicago.

You all know that I do this service, Steppers Events list, for free. The only people that pay are my sponsors at the top of this. Anyway, someone was mad that I didn't put every little thing from their plugger under the Special Events section. You didn't pay for anything.. they said don't post any of their events again on the Steppers 411 because of the errors under their event listing. Whew.. trying to be diplomatic. I said sure if that is what you want. They were like good. Hmm. Please be reminded that The Steppers 411 is just helping the promoters get the word out about their sets and to let the Steppers know where to go. But it is up to you, The Promoter, to get out and promote your own event as well. Some of these pluggers have toooooo much on them. I have to go through them to just find the Group Name, the Venue and its Address/City/State, Date, Start and End Time, Cost, Contact number/email/website. I will post themes and the colors but to say shades of Red? Just say Red, Blue, Green. People will know they can wear what ever shade it is if you just say the color. And to see some of the pluggers say at the Luxurious, Elegant, Fantastic Venue.. that hasn't been any of those since it was built in 1990 and if you been there for 15 years.. it has been worn out. I won't even mention the videos.. people can't even see where the party is because there are soo many pictures and not the actual plugger/flyer. Umm. I'm sorry I just had to get this out. That's My Two Cents
